Be gentle with the plastic plated jewelry. Do not try to peel or scratch the plastic.
Open rings, bracelets and collars are only slightly adjustable. Adjustments should be done very gently without using force or strain on the metal.
Keep in mind that different people have different reactions to metals. While some have strong reactions to brass, others have no reactions at all. If you have these reactions, we recommend purchasing sterling silver or solid gold jewelry.
Custom orders can be made in 9k, 14k and 18k gold.

To clean your silver jewelry use metal polish and a polishing cloth.
Gold Plated jewelry can be cleaned by gently wiping with a damp towe
We provide a 5 month warranty on all gold plated pieces and offer a free renewal if necessary If the gold plate is damaged after the warranty passes, you are welcome to send us your jewelry in order to renew the plating at cost price
