- American award winning gem cutter cut and polished this "candy like," 2 sided cabochon is the rarest form of Argentinian Rhodochrosite which is the semi transparent material.
- Just magical! VS (there is one tiny inclusion that is minuscule and would be easily covered by a mounting. You will have to look well to even locate this one tiny white dimple on the side of the gem. More than 99% of Rhodochrosite is not transparent. Much less an evenly saturated watermelon red cab on of large ring or pendant size gem.
